memory lane.


front and back view.

i found this in chinatown, had to buy one. it is the same exercise book that i had as a child. i spent many grueling hours with it, in chinese classes, at home: writing, re-writing, reading, re-reading, memorizing, reciting from it.

back then i loathed the sight of it. now, it brings a smile to my face.

Restart your Chinese please, son, it's always not too late. I used to be amuzed by your so artistic chinese character handwriting, shouldn't waste it.

LOL. I had the same book. Hated it when I was young. But at least now I can kinda read menus...

Reminds me of the exercise books we had in India, before Taxali branded them as his own.
